These appeals are companion to the case of Zanetti Bus Lines, Inc., v. Logan, Wyo., 400 P.2d 482, this day decided. Both groups of cases grow out of the same motor vehicle accident. By way of background, reference is made to the Zanetti opinion containing a general statement of the facts and circumstances surrounding the accident, and also setting forth in a general way the proceedings below.
