This is an action by the plaintiffs below, appellants here, against the defendants below, appellees here, to recover the possession of all that part of the northwest fractional quarter of section 11 in township 18 north, range 12 west, lying north and east of what is known as Dry Branch. The appellants alleged that they were the owners of the land and other lands adjoining the same. They deraigned title from the Government- by mesne conveyances from the patentee of the land, J. H.
