This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of the County of Santa Clara decreeing that defendant and cross-complainant take nothing, and that cross-defendants have judgment for costs on cross-complainant’s action for damages for performance of an unauthorized autopsy on the body of cross-complainant’s deceased husband *261by cross-defendant physician, and for negligence and malpractice causing his death.
