This case was a bill filed in the circuit court of Brown county to establish a resulting trust in eighty acres of land in that county. The cause was in this court at the October term, 1921, on the appeal of the complainants from a decree dismissing the bill. The decree was reversed and the cause was remanded for a rehearing, with leave to introduce further evidence. (Crawford v. Hurst, 299 Ill. 503.)
