Appellant, Frances May Mauricau, filed her complaint in equity in the circuit court of Tazewell county to enjoin appellee, A. I. Haugen, and the sheriff of Tazewell county from selling the separate real estate alleged to belong to appellant to satisfy a judgment against her husband Van Burén Mauricau.
