DAVISON, Justice.

This is an original action in this court whereby the plaintiff, Independent School District No. 1 of Custer County, Oklahoma, seeks the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandamus, ordering the defendant, Mac Q. Williamson, Attorney General, and ex-officio, Bond Commissioner of the State of Oklahoma, to endorse his approval upon certain bonds issued by the plaintiff in the principal amount of $137,000.
