This mandamus action is presented to us on appeal from the district court of Kingfisher county. It involves the proposed detachment of territory now constituting a portion of school district 0-3 of Kingfisher county, a joint district located in Kingfisher, Major, and Garfield counties, and the attachment thereof to school district No. 0-3 of Major county, an independent school district, including the incorporated town of Ames, Okla.
