Defendants Lawrence Earl Gadomski and Anthony Gadomski were tried in a joint trial before a single jury. Defendant Lawrence Gadomski was convicted of one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and found not guilty of three counts of esc I and one count of first-degree home invasion, MCL 750.110a; MSA 28.305(a). He was sentenced as an habitual offender, fourth offense, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084, to twenty to sixty years’ imprisonment for his CSC I conviction.
