MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
This action arises out of a contractual relationship between Conipost Postes Metálicos E Aeessorios Ltda. (“Conipost”) and Judal Industries, Inc. (“Judal”), whereby Conipost agreed to produce and sell to Judal steel shafts for use as light poles. In an order dated September 4, 1992, this Court granted plaintiffs partial summary judgment against Judal for breach of contract and conversion, and held that plaintiffs may recover the sum of $80,000.00 pursuant to either (but not both) of these claims.
