MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GLASSER, Senior District Judge:

This is a motion by plaintiff Hudson Motors Partnership t/a Hudson Toyota (“Hudson Toyota”), for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure against defendants Crest Leasing Enterprises, Inc. (“Crest”) and Metro Auto Leasing, Inc. (“Metro”) (collectively, the “Defendants”), on plaintiffs breach of contract and Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) causes of action.
