ALFRED T. GOODWIN, Circuit Judge:
Robert Thomas Jenkins, a member of the Arizona bar, was apprehended in the act of loading 430 pounds of marijuana into a friend’s pickup truck at the Win-slow, Arizona, airport. He appeals the resulting convictions of conspiracy to import and illegal possession under 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 952(a), and 960(a) d).
Jenkins asserts five major points, but none requires reversal.
