ASPEN, District Judge:
This diversity action arises out of the purported malfunction of a Frigidaire dishwasher. Plaintiff State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (“State Farm”), as subrogee of Richard Lutz, Jr. and Patricia Lutz, brings this lawsuit against Frigidaire, a division of General Motors Corporation, alleging negligence and strict liability in tort.
