PER CURIAM:.

Defendant Michael B. Putman appeals as of right his jury-trial convictions of two counts of assault with intent to murder, MCL 750.83; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), MCL 750.227b; armed robbery, MCL 750.529; and second-degree murder, MCL 750.317, after he shot three people, one fatally, while robbing a residence.
