{1} Appellant Karen Montoya, Bernalillo County Assessor (the Assessor), appeals from the district court’s order reversing the Bernalillo County Valuation Protest Board’s (the Board) determination that Appellee La Vida Llena is not entitled to a charitable exemption from property tax.
