WILLIAM H. PAULEY III, District Judge:
Plaintiff David Bakalar (“Bakalar”) brings this declaratory judgment asserting that he is the rightful owner of an Egon Schiele drawing known as “Seated Woman with Bent Left Leg (Torso)” (the “Drawing”). Defendants Milos Vavra and Leon Fischer counterclaim for conversion and replevin. Following a bench trial, this Court awarded judgment for Bakalar. The Court of Appeals vacated that judgment and remanded for further proceedings. Defendants now move to reopen expert discovery so that they can offer evidence from two expert witnesses that…
