Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County, (Connerton, J.), entered April 29, 2015, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.

Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of two children (born in 2000 and 2004). In April 2012, by stipulated order, the parties had joint legal custody of the children, with physical custody to the mother and specified periods of visitation to the father.
