Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Tompkins County (Rowley, J.), entered July 7, 2004, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
The parties are the parents of a daughter (born in 1996). In September 2002, the parties consented to an order which, among other things, granted sole custody to respondent (hereinafter the mother) with supervised visitation to petitioner (hereinafter the father).
