DUFFY, Chancellor:

The determinative issue before the Court is whether a court-appointed trustee for a dissolved Delaware corporation should be surcharged for his conduct during the administration.

OFB Corporation, a Delaware corporation, was dissolved on April 15, 1966. Its remaining assets were transferred to a trustee in dissolution, Frederick W. Weitz-el, appointed on April 28, 1966 by this Court for the benefit of creditors and shareholders under 8 Del.C. § 279; on October 13, 1967 Benjamin L. Shuff was appointed a co-trustee.
