Jodee and Geoffrey Kox sued the Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, S.C., various physicians and dentists employed by the Center, and its insurer, 1 seeking to recover damages for injuries Jodee Kox allegedly suffered from her surgery at the Center.
