¶ 1. This is a termination of parental rights (TPR) case.1 The issue is whether more than one substitution of judge is allowed in a termination of parental rights proceeding. Julie A.B., the *289mother of the minor child, filed a substitution of judge request and obtained the assignment of a new judge for the judge originally assigned.
