Suit by the beneficiary of a life insurance policy, dismissed by the chancellor, and complainant appeals.

The deceased was originally covered by a group insurance policy issued by defendant company in 1923 upon the lives of employees of the Central of Georgia Railway Company. In 1928 the insured’s employment with the Railway Company ended and, pursuant to provisions of the group policy, defendant company issued to the insured an individual policy of insurance upon his life in lieu of his certificate under the group policy.
