RUDKIN, Circuit Judge.
July 9, 1926, a duly authorized representative of the Canadian government made complaint under oath to one of the judges of the superior court of the state of Washington for Pierce county, the same being a court of record of general jurisdiction in that state, charging one Milo Eggers with the crime of robbery, committed in the county of Yietoria, province of British Columbia, Dominion of Canada, and that Eggers had fled from that province and was then in Pierce county, state of Washington.
