This is an original, unverified petition for writ of habeas corpus brought by Charner M. Tidwell, Petitioner, wherein he alleges he is being unlawfully detained by the Warden of the Oklahoma State Penitentiary by virtue of a certain judgment and sentence allegedly entered in the District Court of Delaware County, Oklahoma, for first degree manslaughter.…
