DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

In the instant adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff/Debtor seeks to recover, as a preferential transfer, certain funds garnished by the Defendant/Creditor in the period immediately preceding the filing of the Debtor’s bankruptcy petition. With respect to the Plaintiffs cause of action, each of the Parties filed a Motion for Summary Judgment together with supporting materials.
