A decree in cbancery was entered by the circuit court of Boone County February 15th, 1922, decreeing the plaintiffs Edward S. Allen, Mary O. Silkman, Elizabeth O. Bepplier, and the defendant Ira G. Sayre, to be the owners jointly of an undivided 5/144 of a tract of land situate on the waters of Joe’s Branch, Boone county, West Virginia, called 1951 acres, as eontenants of certain of the other defendants.
