These four protests relate to certain items of glassware, imported from Italy in 1959, which were classified as glass articles, not specially provided for, of the kind or class provided for in paragraph 218(f) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as modified by T.D. 51802, carrying a dutiable assessment of 50 cents on each article, but not less than 30 per centum ad valorem nor more than 50 per centum ad valorem.
