In No. 881, the plaintiff, a Michigan corporation, engaged in the business of selling automobiles, known as Chrysler ears, at wholesale to dealers in Maine and in other states, seeks to enjoin the defendant from bringing any prosecutions or proceedings for the recovery of penalties, or any civil actions, against the plaintiff or any dealers in its cars, such dealers acting under the terms of certain alleged contracts of insurance between plaintiff and Palmetto Fire Insurance Company, and from interfering with plaintiff’s business in Maine, and from declaring or publishing…
