MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is Defendant Katherine Shadle’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (doc. 126), filed on November 12, 2013. For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS the Motion.

This case arises out of an employer’s allegedly fraudulent representations concerning its financial status as well as its alleged failure to transfer the full amount of retained bonus payments as required under two employment contracts.
