Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered January 15, 1985, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree.
Defendant, along with his codefendant, was indicted for the crime of robbery in the first degree, arising out of a January 27, 1979 robbery of an employee of a liquor store located in the community of Highland, Ulster County.
