ALARID, Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Defendant appeals his conviction of, and sentence on, seven counts of embezzlement. He raises six issues on appeal: (1) whether the single larceny doctrine applies in this case; (2) whether the court erred when it allowed a defense witness to be cross-examined about a subsequent uncharged allegation of embezzlement; (3) whether Defendant’s confessions should have been excluded; (4) whether the court erred in denying the motion for directed verdict because the State had not proved entrustment; (5) whether the court erred by denying the Defendant’s jury…
