Appellants, Alice and Robert Hussman, appeal an April 29, 1988, judgment by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County. Mr. Hussman argues on appeal that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of respondent, Government Employees Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as GEICO), as to Mr. Huss-man’s third party claim for liability benefits in that, he alleges, GEICO’s interfamilial liability exclusion was invalid.
