The complaint in this action, filed by George Penchos and wife in the superior court for King county, contained fourteen purported causes of action. Each cause of action was based upon a claimed violation or violations of the emergency price control act of 1942, by defendants Werner Ranta and wife. The above act will be found in 56 Stat., chapter 26, p. 23 et seq., 50 U. S. C. A. App. 313, § 901 et seq. We are only concerned in this appeal with the first, second, and eleventh causes of action.
