The Plaintiff, James Calloway, initiated this action against the Defendant, Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd. (Caraco), alleging violations of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (“WARN”) Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2102.
