This is a suit in equity to set aside and to enjoin, for alleged fraud in its procurement, the collection of a judgment for $40,000, damages awarded Ernest W. Aly in an action at law against Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis, a corporation. The Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis (designated Terminal hereafter) is the plaintiff and John J. Schmidt, executor of the estate of Ernest W. Aly, deceased, Charles P. Noell, an attorney who represented Aly in the damage suit, and Josefina Amerigo Aly, Aly's widow, are the defendants here.
