Plaintiff-Appellant Dale Furby (“Fur-by”) appeals the district court’s grant of partial summary judgment for, and its judgment upon the conclusion of a bench trial in favor of, Defendants-Appellees A1 White, Oliver Coleman, Bill Kennedy, and Chrysler Corporation (collectively referred to herein as “Chrysler”). Furby assigns error to: (1) the district court’s grant of Chrysler’s motion for summary judgment on Count IV of his amended complaint, alleging that Chrysler maintained a policy of handicap discrimination, in violation of MICH.
