These cases involve the interpretation of a lease agreement between the Central Nebraska Public Power & Irrigation District (Central) and Johnson Lakes Development Incorporated (JLDI), which was incorporated in subleases between JLDI and various individuals who own cabins situated on the lakefront property owned by Central which is the subject of the lease agreement.
