OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
THOMAS L. LUDINGTON, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Kathleen and Christopher Benison brought a § 1983 action against *896three Central Michigan University officials claiming that "the school unlawfully retaliated against them for exercising their First Amendment rights.
On August 12, 2013, Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. Because Plaintiffs Kathleen Benison and Christopher Benison have not established a prima facie case for First Amendment retaliation, the Court will grant Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
