1 1 A Clean Environment Company (ACE) appeals the trial court's September 18, 2018, order awarding it and EQ Oklahoma, Inc. (EQ) an attorney's fee. Based upon our review of the record and applicable law, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instructions.
