LYNN ADELMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, who allege being harmed as the result of ingesting lead paint as children, bring these negligence and failure to warn actions against defendant companies *1099which manufactured or sold lead paint. Defendants now present several motions.
I. Personal Jurisdiction
