In this consolidated appeal, Rodney D. Mathis, as administrator of the estate of Mary Mathis et al., plaintiffs-appellants, challenge the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in a wrongful death action filed in connection with the death of Mary Mathis. Rodney Mathis filed a wrongful death action against St. Alexis Hospital and several of its physicians, including Keyhan Mobasseri, M.D., defendants-appellees.
