Appeal from chancery court of Warren county. Hon. E. N. Thomas, Chancellor. Action by Mrs. Sallie Miller against the Sovereign Camp, Woodmen of the World. From decree for plaintiff, defendant appeals. The issue is simple. Is the complainant entitled to recover under the laws of this organization? This is a suit to recover two thousand dollars life insur'ance on a benefit certificate issued by the appellant Sovereign Camp, Woodmen of the World, to one of its members, William H. Land, and payable to certain beneficiaries designated by the certificate and the constitution and bylaws of the order. The certificate was issued to Mr. Land in 1895 for the sum of one thousand dollars, but subsequently, in 1897, increased to two thousand dollars by *514tbe issuance of a new certificate for that amount.
