Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. v. Delta & Pine Land Co.

A judgment was recovered against Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, the appellant, in a suit based on a declaration filed by the Delta & Pine Land Company upon a fidelity bond covering officers and employees of the Delta & Pine Land Company for various sums set opposite the names of these officers and employees in a schedule attached to the bond and known as a fidelity schedule bond.
