Before the Court is a motion for partial summary judgment, filed by plaintiff Najran Company for General Contracting and Trading (Najran), a Saudi Arabian limited partnership. Najran seeks a ruling with respect to Counts I and II of its amended complaint, which was filed in this Court in April 1985 against defendants Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc.
