On January 9, 1941, Clyde Holland filed employee’s first notice of injury and claim for compensation, stating that he sustained an acei dental injury arising out of and in the •course of his employment 'with Dick Griffin on October 1, 1940, when he fell from a scaffold while taking down a water tower.
