On June 11, 1914, appellant, through its agent F. E. Kabrick, sold a threshing separator, engine and other machinery, to William Rohde, who resided near Rock Rapids, Clay County, Iowa. William Rohde was, at the time, the owner of an old separator and engine, which" appellant agreed to take as part payment on the purchase price of the new machine. .On June 20th, E. O.
