— -The defendants introduced no evidence, and in argument tliey concede that there is no conflict in the evidence introduced on the trial after defendants’ motion for change of place of trial was overruled. There is no conflict, but there is a question whether plaintiff made a case against Mrs. Delfs. We shall spend no time on the claim of plaintiff that defendant M.
