ROVNER, Circuit Judge.
This case involves Genendo Pharmaceutical’s attempt to import prescription drugs intended for sale in other countries into the United States for repackaging and distribution. Genendo maintains that the importation is authorized pursuant to certain statutory exemptions for drugs being repackaged within the United States. The district court disagreed, and granted the United States’ motion for seizure and condemnation of the drugs, as well as a permanent injunction barring further importation.
