This is an original proceeding commenced in this court to review an award of the State Industrial Commission. On November 16, 1929, the respondent Benjamin E. Stephens filed his claim with the State Industrial Commission wherein he stated that on September 26, 1929, he was injured when the car in which he was riding was struck by another ear about seven miles north of Randlett in Cotton county, Okla.
