OPINION

IRVING BEN COOPER, District Judge.

Respondents through Charles Scully and Robert Abrams move pursuant to Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and Rule 62(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for an order staying the judgment of this Court (entered May 19, 1987) pending appeal to the United States *51Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.1 Petitioner contests the imposition of a stay.

Respondents’ motion is granted in all respects.
