Warehouse Distributors, Incorporated, plaintiff, sought a judgment against Prudential Storage and Van Corporation, defendant, for $8,282.40 which plaintiff claimed it was due because of unpaid rent and damage done to a warehouse it had leased to defendant. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s evidence the trial court sustained defendant’s motion to strike plaintiff’s evidence and entered summary judgment for defendant. Plaintiff’s single assignment of error is addressed to this action of the court.
